Nikki Allman

Nikki is a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator with 8 years experience working in a school nursery. She has an excellent working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted and appreciate the importance of developing and maintaining positive relationships with children and families.

Nikki previously worked for over 20 years in a sales administration and customers service role.
